Described as a big ol’ cuddle bug who loves to be held, snuggled, and chatted to, Peter quickly captured the hearts of online users. His unique appearance and sweet demeanor garnered over 10,000 shares on Facebook in no time.

Peter has unique markings on his face that perfectly complement his big personality. Despite spending a long seven months in the shelter, the staff decided to snap some photos of him to increase his chances of finding a forever home. It didn’t take long before the public fell in love with this lovable charmer.
Peter captured the hearts of many, as around 28 people gathered before noon with the hope of welcoming him into their homes. The ginger boy even showed his affection by giving his caregiver a sweet kiss on the nose.
Melissa Graham was the first to enter the room and meet Peter. The moment she laid eyes on him, she knew he was the one. The adorable ginger cat immediately snuggled up to her, solidifying their bond as forever companions.
Thanks to the power of the Internet, Peter not only found a loving home with Melissa, but his adoption also sparked a chain reaction. Over 10 other cats also found their forever homes that day, all thanks to Peter’s happy ending.
