A cat with a disability may not realize they are any different from other cats and can still be just as happy and playful. Able Maew had a tough start in life, living on the streets of Thailand and surviving a dangerous fall onto an electric transformer that left him with injuries to his front legs and tail. Despite his challenges, he has adapted well to his new life indoors with the help of a kind human who took him in. Now, Able Maew lives happily with his feline housemates, receiving lots of love and spoiling along the way. Let’s all say hello to Able Maew!
At first glance, Able Maew may seem like a handicapped cat, but don’t let his appearance fool you – this feisty feline has a lot of spirit and determination. Living among other disabled cats, Able Maew and his housemates are a true inspiration. It’s clear that their owner has a kind soul, as seen in the joyful photos of this close-knit group of cats. Speaking about Able Maew, his owner shared, “When I first laid eyes on Able, I was filled with a newfound energy and motivation to embrace life. He truly is a resilient cat.”

Able and his trio of feline friends, Finfin, Ginny, and Pocky, enjoy spending their days playing, snuggling, and observing the happenings outside their cozy abode. And by “outside,” I mean up in the sky, where they can probably spot some feathery friends flying by!

In life, sometimes all it takes is one person to believe in you and offer you the opportunity you need. I am thankful that Able found that person who believed in him. Thanks to her, he is flourishing. They have been together for eight years and still going strong. Here’s to many more years of happiness for both of them!
